Set up reliable backlink checks and understand every result.
Projects and targets
Create a project for the destination domain or exact page you are monitoring. Paste placement-page URLs one per line; source tags help separate clients, campaigns, publishers, or outreach batches.
Site access
Backlink Checker requests optional host access for the placement sites you add. Access is needed to load and inspect those pages and is not used for unrelated browsing.
Reading a result
Live means at least one matching backlink was found. Not found means the page loaded but no target match was present. Connection, permission, timeout, and HTTP errors are reported separately so missing links are not confused with unreachable pages.
Link evidence
Expand a result to inspect anchor text, destination URL, follow/nofollow, sponsored and UGC rel values, text or image link type, visibility, header/content/sidebar/footer context, and whether HTML or rendered DOM found it.
History and changes
Each run is compared with the previous report. The app highlights links that appeared or disappeared and changes to anchor, rel, visibility, link type, page context, title, or target attributes.
