Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-12

This policy applies to shogroup.space and every ShoGroup product (browser extensions and apps), including the extractors listed on this site.

1. Agreement and scope. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and ShoGroup ("ShoGroup", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern shogroup.space and every browser extension, application, website feature, API and support service that ShoGroup provides (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting the site, installing or using a product, or purchasing premium access, you agree to these Terms. If you use a Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Products and eligibility. ShoGroup provides a family of focused browser tools. Features, supported browsers, third-party sources, device seats, daily allowances, storage limits and other product-specific conditions are described on the relevant product's pricing and documentation pages and form part of these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, if you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Free and premium access. Some features are available without payment. Premium features require a valid product-specific access token. A token is personal to the purchaser, may be used only within its stated device-seat limit and may not be published, resold, sublicensed or shared outside the purchaser's organization. We may suspend or revoke a token where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, unlawful use, security threats, public sharing or material breach of these Terms, subject to mandatory law.

4. One-time purchases and lifetime access. Premium is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges. Each purchase licenses premium access only for the product identified at checkout; other ShoGroup products require separate purchases. "Lifetime access" means access to the purchased product for the supported lifetime of that product, subject to these Terms and the limits disclosed for it. It does not promise that every feature, browser, website, search engine, API or third-party integration will remain available forever, nor does it include a right to unrelated future products. We may maintain, update, replace or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or third-party compatibility reasons.

5. Merchant of record and payment. Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases offered through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes payment, applicable taxes, invoices and payment-method disputes, and the transaction is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. ShoGroup licenses and supports the product. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Cryptocurrency purchases, when offered, are processed by ShoGroup and are not Paddle transactions; you are responsible for using the correct token, amount, address and network.

6. Delivery and support. After confirmed payment, we deliver an access token to the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid address and checking spam filtering. If delivery fails or is unreasonably delayed because of a technical problem within our control, contact og@shogroup.space and we will use reasonable efforts to deliver a replacement or help arrange an eligible refund. Support covers reasonable assistance with installation, activation and documented functionality; it does not include custom development or guaranteed response or resolution times.

7. Refunds. Paddle purchases are subject to Paddle's then-current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Consumers may have mandatory withdrawal, conformity or other rights that these Terms do not limit. Refund requests for Paddle orders must be submitted through the receipt or Paddle buyer support; you may also contact us and we will assist. Paddle decides eligibility and may consider delivery, product use, the reason for the request, fraud or abuse. If a refund is issued, the related premium access may be revoked. A temporary outage, a third-party change or a feature limitation disclosed before purchase does not by itself create a refund right, but this does not affect any remedy required by law or Paddle's terms. Confirmed cryptocurrency transfers are generally final because blockchain transactions are irreversible; any cryptocurrency refund is at our discretion except where law requires otherwise.

8. Third-party services and temporary unavailability. Some products depend on browsers, extension stores, operating systems, websites, search engines or third-party endpoints, including services operated by companies such as Google, Bing, YouTube, DuckDuckGo or Yandex. We do not control or represent those third parties. They may change page structure, access rules, rate limits, APIs or availability without notice. As a result, an extension or individual feature may be degraded, inaccurate, rate-limited or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party source. When a third-party change breaks documented functionality, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and, where technically and legally feasible, restore or adapt it, but we do not guarantee a particular repair time or that restoration will always be possible.

9. Allowances and fair use. Premium access is generous but not unlimited. Exact device, request, automation, storage, export and cloud-processing limits shown on the relevant pricing or documentation page apply to that product. Limits protect browser stability, service reliability, security and operating cost. We may enforce those limits, reject excess requests and apply proportionate safeguards against abuse. We will not materially reduce a purchased product's core paid allowance solely to avoid providing what was sold, except where reasonably required by law, security, third-party restrictions or service integrity.

10. Acceptable use. You may use the Services only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not use them to send spam, harvest or process data unlawfully, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass access controls or website restrictions, introduce malware, disrupt our systems, conceal abusive automation, reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits it, or resell or redistribute a product or token. You are responsible for the pages you access, the data you collect and export, and compliance with applicable privacy, marketing and anti-spam laws and third-party terms.

11. Intellectual property. ShoGroup and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, site content and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use each acquired product for its intended purpose. You retain rights in data you lawfully provide or collect. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process that data when you choose cloud features, provide support or otherwise operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Updates, security and termination. We may release fixes and updates and may require an update to preserve security or compatibility. You may stop using and uninstall a product at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful conduct or a security threat, giving notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate and legally permitted. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

13. Disclaimers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every site or browser version, or that extracted or third-party data will always be complete, current or accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShoGroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from the Services or third-party changes. Our total aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These exclusions and limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

15. Changes to the Services or Terms. We may update the Services and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, advance notice. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively alter the payment terms of a completed purchase. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the affected Service.

16. General terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, sale or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, product-specific disclosures and, for Paddle purchases, Paddle's applicable buyer terms form the agreement governing your use and purchase.

17. Contact and complaints. Contact ShoGroup at og@shogroup.space for product support, legal questions or complaints. Please include the product name and, for payment issues, your order reference without sending full card details. For a Paddle transaction, billing and refund requests can also be submitted through the link in your receipt or Paddle buyer support. We will try to resolve complaints promptly and informally.
